Yes, there are promo seats for $139 for PER to DPS.
I checked today at 7.30 am AEST and there were promo seats for $139.
The AA Sale is not as good as the Jetstar Sale in August this year, where tickets were available for $99 for a one way flight fom PER to DPS. I bought one of those tickets for $127, which includes $28 for 20kg of checked in luggage.
