I have been to Bali over 35 times and never been to Lembongan. Let's face it, it's just another nice beach and not worth the risk. If you are prone to seasickness then NOTHING is worth that much discomfort.
Water is for playing in on the beach. If you have to travel long distance then take a plane or don't go! Boaties, who mostly don't suffer from severe seasickness, would never understand. There is NO solution to this. It doesn't need to stop you from travelling. You can pick your places. The Lembongan trip can be just fine a lot of the time but I just don't need it that badly!!
Incidentally, I was once going fishing with an Aussie in a local outrigger sailboat from Lovina area. I was seasick before he lifted the anchor. I get travel sick if I ride in the back seat of a car. There are many like me!!!
