You pay 17,500 booking fee for the taxi, and then the taxi is on the meter. It is roughly 180,000 by the meter depending on traffic and conditions.
There is also an aiport bus service which is in new buses and airconditioned. The bus leaves every hour and costs Rp 25,000 per person to Senggigi.
Or there are private operators with whom you can bargain. How much you pay will depend on how much business they are getting. It is usual to pay a little more for a private charter. Most people I've talked to have paid around the 250 to 300,000 mark.
