I have just returned from Bali and used both rupiah which we got from Travelex before we went via their websit, paid by bay, no fees. And the card.
Bought the MasterCard multi currency cash passport, loaded it online. (AUD) Fee for the card is $5. International ATM transactions are free. Deposits attract 1% fee.
The only problem we found was when we were there we needed to top one of them up and inadvertently used bpay instead of other option, so had to wait 4 days for the cash to go in. Good point, you get 2 cards, so if you lose 1 you can call to cancel it and start using the other immediately.
Grapevine says they are adding a new card for Asia.
