Just a Q-regarding Needles?

Was just wondering what the norm for you other travellers and regular Bali "go-oers"....Do you have the Rabies injection??
I go to Bali often also and I dont and havent had needles but was wondering if that was silly and everyone else had them....
I think it is very expensive to have them and I HATE Monkeys so dont go near them But Do you or Dont you???????
