I have stayed at the Puri Santiran and have visited friends who were staying at Segara Village.
Both have good pools and nice garden areas.
The breakfast buffet is pretty much the same - both very good.
The mid-range rooms were also very similar.
I liked the beach area of the Puri Santrian better - the hotel has big two person pool beds/cabanas etc.
But I think the location of Segara Village at the Northern end of Sanur is better.
Hardys supermarket on the main street is halfway between the two hotels.
Both are good choices and you will be happy with either hotel.
