that you won't be sick. We used it when our kids were young but haven't used anything since except lots of hand sanitiser and hand washing especially after touching money. We took it each morning we were away. Would have been enjoyed more over ice cream at night though.
Remember not to drink the water - when cleaning teeth, or in the shower or pool. My kids used to get ear infections at the hotel pools so may be a good precaution to take something for that as well.
And truthfully, a lot of people get slight tummy upsets from eating a lot of fresh fruit or change of diet or too much Bintang. This is not Bali belly. If you get more than a slight upset, get the hotel to call the doctor. They will give medication and you will receover very quickly.
And don't forget protection against the mosquitos to avoid dengue fever. I hear about more people getting sick from dengue now than Bali belly. You need protection all day, not just at dusk like in Australia. The morning mozzies are the culprits.
