If the OP bought duty free liquids in Sydney, what would happen when the OP trys to board a plane in KL?
I have gone through KL many times on the way to Bali. If I had bought duty free liquids in Sydney, I could have put them in my checked in luggage in KL.
The OP is travelling on a AA Fly Thru ticket from Sydney to Bali via KL. The OP will not see the checked in luggage until the OP reaches Bali. The OP is worried that the Duty Free Liquids bought in Sydney will be seized when the OP tries to board the flight to Bali.
