Grrr! I'm not sure though as she said she checked the terms and conditions and this is what it wants to charge? The problem is we payed using our credit card points and so I don't know how to make changes. I've done it with AA and they charged $40 per person per leg and obviously the difference. I just thought $120 without even considering the diffence was a bit steap!!
