Just checked it out. The groupon deal is basically for $63 a night with no guarantee of dates and it's not refundable and non-transferrable.
You can get the hotel on wotif at the moment for $69 a night, so really not much more and you'll be able to pick and choose what dates and see what's available before you commit to this hotel.
I wouldn't buy the deal, but that's just me.
Trip advisor reviews seem to all say it's nice enough and in a good spot but the rooms are small.
