Hi there, we have also been notified that our trip had been shortened by email last night, we would have lost 2 days we are booked to fly out of Sydney on June 17th. We contacted Garuda in Bali, rang direct as couldnt get a local number. They checked it out and couldnt give us an answer on why it was changed, we told them that we were not happy and that they can do better than that, they then went and spoke to a 'manager' who promptly told them to change it back. They assured us that it has been changed to what it was originally only difference is that we fly to Bali 2 hrs earlier. My advice would be to ring them direct and dont take no for an anwser. Make sure you have your booking number and ticket numbers so they can check it straight away. I hope you get what you originally had. Good luck :)
