If you're facing Ricky's Bar near the Melasti Beach Resort, his shop is about 5 shops along to the left on the same side as Ricky's. Outside his shop there's a sign on the street saying Laundry (or something like that). It's opposite Carla's Spa.
The funny thing about Achi was that I waited an extra 2 days for the leather bag, which was very stressful as we were leaving. On the last night when I went to see him for the last time and had to organise a friend to collect the bag for me, he told me that the reason why there was a holdup was the brass clip on the front of the bag was hard to source, and his supplier had let him down. I said "why didn't you use a different fitting then?" and he replied that he always copies exactly from the original! Apparently there was an "oval" brass fitting available but it wasn't "as round" as my original fitting. I could only laugh, because it wouldn't have mattered at all..
