What really happens is that you have to pay in US$,which was a decision made by the Indonesian government,but instead of everyone having to buy US$ to pay for the V.O.A.in your home country the booth People (a bank)sell you the US$ and you have to buy them at their selling price and that is the simple reason why you pay more.
