I go to Bali for trips because of a few reasons
1 the weather
2 its very cheap
3 it costs less than a trip away anywhere in perth
4 i like south east asia and Bali is the shortest flight.
3 its a trip cheap ebough to do in between other overseas hoidays.
I parrasailed in Sanur in 87 and have stopped off there a few times to get the speedboat to Lembongan.
Been to Ubud 3 times and still cant see why people think its so fantastic?
Now we are in our 50,s, for the first time in just over 30 years we have stopped going out and spent most of our free time at home which has been quite enjoyable.
From what I have seen of Sanur it looks sleepy enough to suit our new lifstyle.plus we are a bit sick of Kuta.
