New Year's Eve dinner.

For the first time, we'll be in Bali for new years' eve. I know some roads are closed in kuta/legian/Seminyak, but I'm not sure what ones.
I don't have a compulsary new years eve dinner, so what places can people recommend?
Does Pearl do a New Years Eve do?
