I wouldn't get one done. I have seen first hand on a friend the mess they can make - and she was 17 at the time and not a kid. Horrible bubbled up skin with blisters and eventual infection.
Henna is safe. The chemicals used in the black temporary tattoos is not henna and can be very unsafe. Even if there is no reaction to the tattoo at the time, the chemical does get into the blood stream and can cause later reactions (even years later) when using hair dyes or anything else that contains PPD.
