you can ride the Bemo from one end of Sanur to the other and just get dropped off at Hardys. If you take a cab be generous :)

left along beach from Sanur beach hotel to the other end where the Grand Bali Beach is...fair hike but very pleasant walk with many cafes and markets dottet along the way. Fixed price shops are Jenny in Sindhu beach markets no 29 and further along you will come to a sort of motorbike parking...just past there is Tootsies cafe ( great iced coffee) and in the markets there Tootsies shop 28.

On the street eat at Rib, Mona Lisa,(near Besakih end) Cat n' fiddle (close to you)Jepun on the corner of Jl Poso and Tamblingan..also close to you. I am not really up to date with shopping at your end but there are great cafes and restaurants. Hardys...get dropped off but honestly you will have a convenience store close by and unless you need that sort of shopping you will get all you need close to you. try eating, The Village and Aladdin ( one of my favourites) which are close to Besakih beach resort..you can book most of the places.

Sorry I don't know anything about alcohol cans I just get a bottle of spirit. They do sell spirit at Hardys and some decent wine too.
Hope you enjoy Sanur :)

Sanur reminds me now of Kuta 20 yrs ago but a bit busier :) not really a sleepy village anymore but the prices for eating on the beach are more expensive than the street which makes the beach fairly quiet in the evenings after 8 or 9.The street is busier and if you don't book may have to walk a bit to find a place you like with a free table.Someone suggested Bonsai which is now closed.
