agoda have rooms for $83 US per night. We are a party of 10 over fifties staying there in sept/oct for one week. We always come back here for part of our holiday. Great ambience to the place, nice deep pool (so it is refreshing), staff are wonderful, food is great. We have asked for downstairs room to avoid the stairs. WE use green garden next door for spa treatments and also for dinner sometimes overlooking the ocean at sunset. Tuban is a nice part of town and only a short walk along the beach path back to kuta (quicker than taxi) sometimes.
