had a positive experience.
This is what I have PERSONALLY witnessed, in a top notch hospital.
1.
Staff unable to take a medical history

Staff wrongly writing down important dietry needs
3.
An inability to diagnose a fractured hip.

A doctor who is totally unaware that their patient has suffered a significant brain trauma

A nurse cleaning out a wound, wearing 'sterile' gloves. Leaving the room, picking her nose, cleaning out her ears, handling some papers, then going back to dress the wound while still wearing the 'sterile' gloves.
Believe me, I am very glad that ARC is good.
But, which of those events that I personally witnessed, and was involved in, would give you any confidence?
