We are in Bali now. This is the second trip that our flight arrived in the early hours of the morning. On both trips, the taxi booth was closed, although there were plenty of taxis there, they were wanting exhorbitant prices. One driver wanted Rp200,000 for the short trip to Jl Kartika Plaza. Eventually got on for Rp100,000. The driver told us that the booth closes at 2 am.
