and staying in a beautiful 2 brm villa at Emerald villas - not on beach but absolutely fabulous with really good size pool. Just a short walk up quiet lane way about 5 minutes to beach and all eating spots along beach side. Have to say this particular place was very reasonable price through on-line booking sites and we were blown away when we stepped into our villa gates just yesterday and saw just how perfect this place is. We were staying in Seminyak villa prior to here and it just doesn't compare to this. We've stayed at Sanur Beach Hotel before - right on the beach which is kind of at the beginning of the path walk along beach stretch - was a really nice spot and had a great ocean front room. Lovely BIG pool and all round really nice. The Hyatt is right on the beach also and looks good.
