You have to include a meal and drinks watching the sunset by the beach. Some of the restaurants are virtually right on the beach. La Lucciola is an amazing Italian/Seafood icon at Seminyak with great views and an open style balinese architecture, but you'll see you are spoilt for choice of places to eat at. Even just to visit one of the beach bars that pop up each afternoon on the beach with cold Bintang beer (very cheap) out of an esky and watching the world around you is very relaxing.
Haggle at the markets for bargains before realising the bliss of fixed price shops which are still much cheaper than what you'll pay at home.
Go for a day trip to the monkey forest or one of the animal parks or any of the fantastic temples around the island.
A day trip to Ubud in the centre of Bali is a chance to see some amazing scenery and rice paddies, markets to browse, and visit the various villages that specialise in certain handicrafts, such as the silver village.
Whatever you do you will fall in love and be planning your return trip. Guaranteed.
