is Garuda. They have one daily flight to Lombok in the late afternoon. I've flown to Lombok countless times. If I had to rank the airlines it is:
1. Garuda - only Jet on the route, decent size aircraft that has a toilet etc. You don't really need to get out of your seat on a 25 min flight though. Check prices on the Garuda website. You can book online with an Australian credit card. Garuda is BY FAR the most reliable.
2. Lion Air - mainly because the price is good and they have more flights per day. They are not particularly reliable, although they are better than Merpati.
3. Merpati - only as a last resort. They are just as likely to cancel your flight if it isn't full and put you on the next one. Flights are usually not on time.
