they are past seminyak square on jl oberoi/eat street
as you are heading towards the beach from seminyak square they are on your left hand side
if you hit ku de ta or any of the beach front eateries then you have gone too far
lots of markets in a big carpark type area. the market stalls are under temporary gazebo/tarps things that they put up and down each day
i agree with nicno - good markets that are worth checking out - with different things to the normal market stalls
