First morning after Bali is never a good one :( we stayed at jayakarta room 6322 which is priavtely owned. was great! perfect quiet corner of the hotel.. 3 bedroom apartment , had everything we needed. will defintly go back to this room! went with mum , sister and 2 brothers. plenty of food, shoppping, walking, massages! some great places we ate at were seaside, both mozerallas, lanai, shandys and great coffee at mugshots. this was my 8th trip so i felt like tour guide to the newbys. we did one day trip to ulawatu, nusa dua,the beach from eat,pray,love and the garuda statue park. had a driver benny who was a bit shy but was very friendly and very reasonable. didnt really venture into kuta as the hussle gets on my nerves. i like the quietness of the beach shops and restaraunts in legian . rate was 9100-9200 up and down. we had an issue with the kids at night selling the bracelets , my lil brother kept saying no thanks then they turned rude and violent , kicking my brother. i told them off but then got abused and sworn at. its a shame some of these kids act that way as i wouldt mind helping them out if they were nice and polite. weather was very hot, few clouds around but alot of sun. flew virgin both ways.. had tvs in seats on the way but on way back no tvs or couldnt hire them which was annoying as it should be offered both ways, we would of been happy to pay. the 5 1/2 hr flight on the way home is always a killer!! well thats about it for now- back in 2 months for a girls trip and cant wait...
