We flew Lion Air from Bali to Lombok this March...I booked our tickets at home before we left to go to Bali..was all easy and no problems to do..
We arrived at the domestic airport in plenty of time as we didnt know what to expect and I prefer to hang around and watch the comings and goings rather than be late..
Oh the flight was late leaving but our driver in Lombok waited of course...so we gave hime a good tip..I think we were about an HOUR late..It was also late coming back to Bali...but you just gotta go with the flow.....who cares as long as you get where you going..
They are the propella wing planes..I am not a good flyer-only do it coz ya have to to get to places of travel-but was a nice quick 20min flight....took longer leaving and arriving because being late...
Oh and you also gotta keep an eye on your gate and the flight boards yourself coz you dont always get a lot of correct info and there are gate changes and crap going on often as well...so keep an eye on things....
We flew Lion Air but would go Garuda...it just suited with the times with Lion Air this time...but have a Google of their sites if you can as they have there times.. Cheers
Just for the record..after a few days on Lombok we then boated on some dodgy little boat over to Gilli for a few days then back to Lombok and flew back to Bali...was all great and quite an experience...especially in March weather!!!!
Oh and PS-takes about an hour to get from Lombok airport to Sengiggi area as well...
