I used to go AA but after the last trip no more . I booked seats and paid for them 9mths prior to our trip in May this year . All good going to Bali got the seats we asked for and paid for but when I went to do online check in for the return trip I found out AA had sold my already paid for seats to some one else . AA office in Bali didn't want to know only told me to front up at checkin counter early and see if they can sort it out , as AA central had made the miststake but weren't willing to rectify it . Out of the 7 seats that I had paid for we only got 3 . Still waiting for my refund and apology . My opinion is it used to be cheap to fly AA but with all the add ons they come up with now you are better of flying with a full service airline .
