There may be no cheap flights in 3 weeks as school holidays start on the weekend of 30th June.
A direct flight takes 6 hours but most have a stopover (few hours) in another state
The cheapest option is Bali to Perth with Air asia and then Perth to Sydney with Jet* or V blue
