Always useful to give a few clues as to your wants re budget,location sea front or not, kids with you etc.
Have had many stays at Bumi Ayu - 3 stars, good location for proximity to cafes, shops and only few mins. to beach. Quiet type of place with friendly staff. Some newer rooms and some not quite as fresh. Was there in January and back in 7 weeks with a group of 7.
Friend stayed at the Puri and checked out early last month - may have been the location and she may see this and post a bit more info.
