Mine was very similar to your case.
Awoke and then passed out as I was walking to the toilet as I was clamy. Collapsed on a chinees o screamed. The one and only time for me in about 200 flights!
My son passed out on our way to Bali on another trip.
Both times my wife said it was alcohol related.
I'm not sure tho.
