I had Putu check on this the last time someone posted it to the forum here. He rang them and they said there was no issue with changing locations or maintenance and that they were taking bookings as normal.
I have a booking for October.
Do a forum search for info on how to contact him via facebook or his website. It seems I'm not able to post his website address here but maybe you can google TIC Bali and find him that way.
Send a reservation enquiry and I'm sure Putu will be able to get a booking for you no problem.
