I once had a health inspector tell me that I couldn't use my own fruit grown on my own tree in my bakery but it was very safe to use all the fruit imported from Mexico and Chile. WHAT? Common sense has truly left the building! Just because someone slaps a certificate on a wall doesn't mean its safe. Ignore the paranoid and enjoy your vacation! I'll take the fresh food of Bali over an inspected hotdog cart in NYC any day.
