We did the cooking course but the accommodation is in the same building but on the ground floor. To get to the dining area, you have to go up some really high stairs to the second floor and you eat just near the cooking class. I can not comment on the rooms as they were not visible on our arrival however, I can tell you that you will be close to the airport (real close) and you are down an alley and not within walking distance of anything. There is a massage parlor( sorry, not sure what else to call it) just around the corner but it is part of the Aneki group as well. If it was me, I would give it a miss... mainly due to the location.
