Up to a size 18 you should be sweet for options in many places. Up to about a size 26 will be accommodated in some market stalls, but not everywhere and the sizing can be hit and miss.
Bathers will not be readily available in anything over probably a 12-14 at most. It's possible to have them made from what I've read, but never bothered myself. Casual clothes from markets and as 'wss' said below stores like Animale will have more dressy options, but only up to about size 18 or 20 if you're lucky.
