The only hot springs I've been to are the ones at Banjar near Lovina. Absolutely lovely, especially first thing in the morning before the buses and crowds arrive. I stayed overnight in the small hotel right next door to the hot springs last August. The best room in the house cost me about Rp250K from memory.
There are other hot springs around, but I couldn't vouch for any of them. Planning on checking out the ones near Tabanan in October.
