It can be a real smlmozzle. Supposedly you get off the plane in Jakarta, and your bags go straight onto the next plane for you. Ours were waiting at the conveyor belt with all other arrivals, we pointed them out to staff and they then had them taken to the next plane. You don't have to recheck it in. You will be lead upstairs to the domestic departure lounge.
The VOA queue is not clear either, but you pay that first, then there is an immigration line, just like arriving at DPS. Be prepared for all sorts of wrong directions :) . but it all works out ok.
You have plenty of time between flights.
