We went there 4 times in our 10 day trip. The brilliant food makes us go back again and again. Just returned a few days ago to freezing Melbourne! Well Massimo himself must have been there every time we went as the staff were brilliant! One time I ordered a Banana Moon cocktail and they didn't have any bananas.
One of the staff Desak asked when I was coming back again and I said in a couple of days. She brought me a huge bunch of banana's from her garden and some pappya. What a sweetie she was!
Other restaurants we ate at in Sanur had staff that ranged from excellent to indifferent, so as long as the food is good we will go back! That's Bali.
