There are differences in vehicle quality and fixtures/fittings and also differences in driver knowledge, English skills and so on.
Also, flexibility in time in terms of overruns and at the same time punctuality and reliability.
Not all are the same.

You could probably get this down to around $5.50 an hour, but would the services and vehicles be the same as you are getting?
I think at 600K you could save the "tip" and perhaps ask for a discount as a regular.
But it's about more than just the rupiah paid.
