The Commonwealth ATMs that I used all dispensed either Rp100,000 notes or USD$100.
They have a 30 note limit. So if you select English, then Rupiah from the menu you will get Rp100,000 notes. It will give you options of up to Rp1,500,000 but you can select "other amount" and chose to withdraw Rp3,000,000 (30 x Rp100,000 notes). I take out the maximum to avoid paying fees all the time. If you have an Australia CBA account it will cost you $2 per transaction to use the ATM.
