During the quite period you can bargain for your accommodation when your boat arrives. There will be many there offering you accommodation complete with pictures in their hands of the rooms
There is the busy strip of Gili T with all the restaurants you will see these when you arrive. this is where most things happen at night.
Do some snorkeling trips, so cheap and so much to see.
Try diving with one of the schools there, you will see the signs. Relax and enjoy the great food on the island.
