Santika Premiere

Can someone please tell me if the Santika Premiere Resort is close to Bali Gardens Resort... ie within a very short walking distance. If not could anyone tell me if there is a hotel next door to Bali Gardens. Have to go there in a few weeks for a 60th and Bali Gardens is full... Thanks heaps.
