We have also had 3 different apartments at Jayakarta booked thru puketoki and they are good prices and easy to deal with. We went to the hotel breakfast once and just paid up front (pricey though) but on other days we had cereal n toast in room as it is all well equipped or went outside gate to many different places within 3 mins walk that do good BF for great prices.
