Just a great big thankyou to the people who stopped on their bike ride and gave my husband the use of their fist aid kit.
If it hadn't been for them Aussie/Kiwis the day would have more of a tragedy, my on silly fault going to fast,i am now paying for it with lots of unsightly bruising.
