There were one or two outside near the steps that wanted to charge prices like that.
The one inside near the entrance to the supermarket was quite reasonable. I don't mind paying a few dollars over the Rp5K price for the card, if they set it up well. It amounts to three parts of bugger all for a month's worth of phone connection.
