the Ubud Village hotel- Monkey Forest road and close to the market, museums,shops etc. When we were last in Ubud it was still being renovated but it should be done by Xmas. We liked the fact that it is only small and although it is close to the bustle you can easily escape to the lovely pool at the bottom of the property.
