I got a few done in Feb out in Sanur. Can't tell you the name or address but one sticker was about 10cm X 5cm one colour, on a clear background, worked out at 5 cents each. Min order 20. The other was two words two colours on a clear background were about 20cm X 8cm and about 20cents each.
I took the Jpeg's on a memory stick.
They make them everywhere the nearest directions I can give to the one I went to is 50 metres along jalan raya sesetan or jalan diponegoro (it has two names) turning inland from Jalan ngurah rai bypass. on the left. It is about half way between the big Roundabout and Sanur. Traffic Lights at the intersection.
