we always get our dentistry in Bali or Thailand and just go to, as mentioned in another post, Bali Galleria. It is a big shopping centre on one corner of the roundabout that goes to Sanur. Just get dropped at main entrance and ask at enquiries desk inside. Nice eateries in there as well
