I also wonder if the rice terraces were worth the detour. Was one hour from the turn off or one hour there and back to the main road ie 2 hours out of our trip?
Villa Shambala sounds interesting. I'm glad to hear that it has improved:) However I gather that they still don't have air con? Was the pool warm?
