Turn right out of the drive/alley from Rumah Santai and head to Jl Padma. Left at Posers on the corner, cross the road and pretty much immediately turn right into Garlic Lane. On the left side of the road, go almost to the end. If you get to the Melasti markets you've gone just too far, as it's the last gang on the left before the markets. Go past the first 2 or 3 shops and she's the one with all the customers buzzing about.
For Bintang supermarket and Bali deli - get a taxi. It's a pretty long walk. Coming out of Bintang can be a bit of fun getting a taxi back. The ones in the carpark tend not to like to put on the meter and want Rp50K to take you back. Just cross the road and get one on the street if you have trouble.
