Probably because it is tucked away behind and along from Waterbom Park. Not on the beach. Problems with building and or rental license, not sure if that has been cleared up, but was talk of it being closed up/shut down. Was one report about the rooms being unsafe as design not done properly, eg. sharp corners, low shelving.
